Gustavo Fernandez

Head Chef

Chef Gustavo is an essential part of the Drift Seafood team. A proud Atlantic City local, he studied culinary arts at Atlantic Cape Community College and has built an impressive resume through years of dedication and talent in the kitchen. His passion, precision, and consistent ability to deliver exceptional flavors have elevated every restaurant he’s been part of. Before joining Drift Seafood as Executive Chef, Gustavo served as Sous Chef at Council Oak, Borgata Buffet, and later at Ocean’s Steakhouse. His creativity in the kitchen is unmatched, and his attention to detail shows in every dish he prepares. Chef Gustavo takes immense pride in his work, ensuring every plate that leaves his kitchen reflects both his skill and love for great food.

Owner

Enea Duri is a passionate restaurateur with a deep commitment to high-quality food, exceptional service, and memorable dining experiences. A graduate of Absegami High School, he went on to study Hospitality Management at Atlantic Cape Community College and Stockton University. From early on, Enea dreamed of opening his own restaurant and eventually launching multiple concepts that reflect his vision and love for hospitality. Enea spent four years managing Phillips Seafood and Souzai in The Pier Shops at Caesars Atlantic City, followed by five years with Stephen Starr’s group at The Continental. Enea then joined the team at Council Oak Steakhouse at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City as Assistant General Manager, and was later promoted to General Manager of Kuro, where he remained until his departure from the company. In October 2023, Enea made the bold decision to leave the corporate world to pursue his lifelong dream. Since then, he has poured his heart and soul into creating Drift Seafood, a self-developed concept and true labor of love. Based in his hometown of Ventnor City, where he has lived for over 11 years, Drift reflects his dedication to delivering a consistently delicious and thoughtfully curated dining experience. Enea takes great pride in every detail, ensuring that each guest receives the highest level of food quality, service, and hospitality.

    We open daily at 5pm for dinner serivce Monday - Sunday. For hours during holidays, please check with us for more information

    Yes! We recommend making a reservation, especially on weekends. You can reserve your table online or call us directly at 609-309-5044

  • Is there parking available nearby?

    Yes, street parking is available near the restaurant. During summer months, we highly recommend arriving early to find a suitable parking spot
